Our Bed and breakfast is located on the sunny side of the village, close to the center and at the same time in a peaceful area with a wonderful panorama, next to the ski lifts and the beautiful Val lunga. We offer a familiar atmosphere with a rich breakfast buffet and cozy rooms with TV and balcony.
Our structure is equipped with an ozone machine for sanitizing and making every space sterile.

The prices are meant for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
From 01.01.2015 the tax accommodation fee will be of 1,40 € per person and per day.
Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this fee. The accomodation fee must be payed on departure.

• children from 0-2 years: free
• children from 2-6 years: discount of 50 %
• children from 6-12 years: discount of 30 %

Booking:
Reservations are final and binding when we send confirmation of receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount by bank transfer.
Cancellations: There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code - despite this we agree the following conditions of withdrawal: in case of cancellation of the reservation, will be charged the following cancellation charges:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival: we retain the deposit.
- Cancellations from 30 days to 14 days before the arrival day: 70% of the booked stay.
- Cancellations within the last 2 weeks before the arrival day: 100% of the booked stay.
- In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 100% of the booked stay
With the payment of the deposit the client declares to have read, understood and accepted the terms of reservation and cancellation.
Tip: We recommend you to take out a travel protection insurance. You will save the cost of cancellation in case you are unable to go on holiday because of serious reasons.
